Our Happy Place

"I had such great fun painting this beautiful large abstract seascape. It was just one of those days when all was right with the world so I decided to paint my happy place, the seaside. We have so many beautiful beaches in Ireland, I am so spoiled for choice.

In this painting I have used a pallet knife to create a chunky paint effect choppy sea. I love the colours of Prussian Blue , Cobalt Blue, Yellow Ochre, Reds and White oil paints all working together to create a feeling of movement and vibrancy. I have framed this picture with a large white wooden frame and a cream mount. It is signed by me and ready to hang on any wall. Enjoy xx"
